Objectif : Optimizing the flow of raw materialsTechnologie : RFID UHF Principe : Containers of raw materials are identified by a UHF tag. At each stage of manufacture of products, containers are individually identified by a portable terminal. When the supply of production workshop, the containers are read by a UHF gateway to validate a minimum transit time in the storage area. With the UHF technology, up to 200 containers are identified and tested in a few seconds. |

Aim : Optimize the production.Technology : RFID 125 KHz, 13,56 MHz Principle : RFID gelluli glass are injected into pieces of wood before processing. The memory tag contains information such as dimensions, types of piece, serial numbers and lot. The parts are detected on the production line and are machined according to the characteristics read from the chip. Once the machining position is completed, the contents of the RFID tag is updated for the following position. Trailing the gellule is recovered and can again be re-injected into another piece. |
